Are there different prices for Adults and Children?

No, everyone over 2 years old pays the same price. Under 2's sitting on a lap go free, and don't need a ticket.

Can I bring my baby/toddler?

Yes, under 2's are very welcome, and they don't need a ticket if they sit on your lap.

Do you offer concessions, carer, or disabled tickets?"

Accepted Answer

There is no concession price for OAP, etc. We do a Carer Ticket which allows one carer free per disabled ticket holder. The Tiered seats are not accessible (there are steps), but the Ringside seats are accessible, step-free, and can accommodate Wheelchairs and strollers if you let us know in advance. Please give us a call on 07927 080252 to find out more and to book tickets for Carers or Wheelchair users/accessible seats.

If I booked through TicketSource, do I have to print my tickets off?

No, you can show the barcode on your phone.

Do you take card payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a card machine on site. However, our card machines are dependent on good phone signal so please check on our Facebook page for certain sites and bring cash just in case.

Can I bring my push-chair?

Due to health and safety guidelines we are not allowed pushchairs inside the seating area. However, you are very welcome to bring your little ones in their pushchair as far as the tent entrance and we can store them for you. All items left at your own risk.

Can I bring my own food?

Only food and drink purchased from Circus Funtasia can be brought inside. Don't worry, we have a bar that sells Burgers, chips, hotdogs, soft drinks, hot drinks, popcorn, candy floss, slush, We also sell flashing lights inside the tent.

When does the tent open before the show?

The tent opens 30 minutes before each show. Our trained staff will bring you to your seats  from this time.

Can I take pictures or film?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can take pictures or short films of the show. Please do not use flash, and we ask that you tag #CircusFuntasia or @CircusFuntasia if you want to post the images on social media. Please respect the performers, and also try not to spoil the show for those who haven't seen it yet!

Are there any strobe lights in the show?

Yes, there are some short moments of flashing lights. Please contact us beforehand or ask a member of staff if you would like more information.

Do you have ear defenders available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a limited number of ear defenders which can be rented for the duration of the show for £5. These are on a first-come-first-served basis so please bring your own if you think you'll need them. Please ask a member of staff to rent a pair.

Is the circus dog friendly?

Yes! 🐶 Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Circus Funtasia, as long as they are comfortable around crowds, loud music, sudden noises and bangs.Please remember that our show can get very loud, so you know your four-legged friend best!
